Otherwise, the Centre would have brought the Bill in Parliament and took initiative to get it passed, he felt. Replying to a query related to alleged corruption in Madhya Pradesh, he said corruption in states was linked with the Centre. Such forms of corruption would have been controlled had the Lokpal Bill been implemented. The social activist had addressed public meetings during his Jantantra Yatra yesterday.
